# Power supply and battery

The TX T\&H MINI AMB offers a power supply mode on **Battery**; use the supplied battery for optimal battery life. To start the sensor, simply remove the insulating tab.

Powering on the TX T\&H MINI AMB is done by removing the protective tab from the integrated battery.

## Battery replacement

To change the battery of the TX T\&H MINI AMB, you must first remove the sensor from its mount and clear access to the battery.

Don't forget to remove the screw, otherwise the sensor cannot be opened!

The TX T\&H MINI AMB uses a 2/3AA 3.6 V lithium battery.

If your sensor was still operating but with a weak battery, it will continue to operate without any action from you.

If, on the contrary, the sensor had no battery left, it will then start up again.
