# First connection

Access to the configuration interface of the **RX BACNET** is done via a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge recommended).

## Configuring your computer

To be able to communicate with the receiver, your computer must be configured on the same subnet as the device.

1. Connect your computer to the receiver’s Ethernet port (directly or via a switch).
2. Change the IP settings of your network adapter with the following values:
   * IP address: `192.168.77.2`
   * Subnet mask: `255.255.255.0`
   * Gateway (Router): `192.168.77.1`

## Access to the Web Interface

1. Open your browser and enter the receiver’s default IP address: `http://192.168.77.77`
2. The login page is displayed.
3. **Language** : Select your language (French/English) from the dropdown menu.
