# Sensor installation

TX T\&H MINI AMB: sensor installation

The TX T\&H MINI AMB is ideally installed on a wall or any other vertical support, away from direct light and far from a window to ensure measurement quality.

Wall mounting can be done in two ways:

* using the double-sided adhesive supplied in the box
* using screws (and wall plugs if necessary) not supplied

#### With the adhesive supplied

* Attach the adhesive to the back of the sensor.
* Position the sensor in the desired location.
* Press for a few seconds so that the sensor adheres to the wall.
  {% endcolumn %}
  {% endcolumns %}

#### With screws

1. Remove the safety screw on the lower part of the sensor housing using a Phillips screwdriver.
2. Remove the transparent back plate of the sensor with a flat-head screwdriver.
3. Use the back plate to:
   1. mark, drill, and insert wall plugs into your support
   2. screw directly into the support

The front of the sensor is ready to be reassembled directly onto the wall.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://enless.gitbook.io/centre-aide/guides-installation/documentation-en/sensors/editor/use/sensor-installation.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
