How to update your sensors from the MyEnless mobile app?

Only the latest-generation sensors can be updated via the MyEnless mobile app.

Below are the sensors compatible with updates through the mobile app:

  • TX T&H MINI 600-050

  • TX T&H AMB 600-051

  • TX T&H E-INK AMB 600-052

  • TX CO₂ T&H AMB 600-053

  • TX LIGHT PIR T&H 600-062

  • TX WINDOW 600-050

Step 1

Download the MyEnless app on your mobile device

Launch the app

Step 3

To enter configuration mode, press and hold the sensor's push button for 5 seconds until the blue LED lights up, then release

Step 4

The sensor will appear on your mobile app; you will be able to select it and access its information

If an update is available, you will be able to click the 'Update firmware' button

Step 6

Please wait while the product is being updated. This may take a few minutes

Step 7

Once the update is complete, you can press and hold the push button for 5 seconds to return to normal mode
